In the unlikely event that a patient wants to make a complaint, we advise the following.
Patients have 12 months following treatment to make a complaint. The principal oversees complaints and will endeavour to respond to and resolve a complaint as soon as possible. A comprehensive investigation of each complaint involving the treating dentist and staff involved will be undertaken.
Some patients prefer not to raise a complaint directly to the practice, but to a third party, in which case they can contact the GDC Dental Complaints Service http://www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk/
