Jackie Martin works as a Sports Massage / Neuromuscular Therapist on soft tissue problems arising from occupational, leisure and sporting activities: her client base includes members of the public and professional athletes.

Jackie qualified in ITEC Massage Therapy in 1993, and in Therapeutic Bodywork in 2006 when she gained a BSc Heath Sciences (1st) at Westminster University. She also took FA-accredited courses in Injury Treatment & Management, and worked as a soft-tissue therapist in the care teams of Bromley Town, Fisher Athletic and Grays Football Clubs. This involved helping players with acute and long-term problems to maximize their musculo-skeletal flexibility and comfort. She is registered with The Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM).

Jackie is a regular at her local gym, mainly to counteract the effects of her favourite hobby, cake-baking.
